Beautiful apartment, great location so close to bus station and 5th Avenue, and beach. Beautiful building, amazingly nice and welcoming staff. Reasonably spacious rooms overall with the necessities.

It has extremely spacious rooms and marvellous location just next door to ferry to Cozumel, and the beach and main drag. The staff are amiable and amicable, thanks very much for the help. This beautiful apartment is based close to the centre.

In our opinion, it’s a perfect place for travelling to Playa del Carmen. The host, Jacqueline, makes you feel at home.

the experience was really comfortable from start to finish. huge room had comfy bed and was complete with the curtains open. a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets were provided. usually ate at winery & plus, it was not too far from the apartment.

Positive paragraph: The condo and building are well located in a quiet area, with a fantastic roof terrace and all the necessary amenities. The apartment was impeccable, and any kitchen equipment we needed was promptly provided. We were even able to check in earlier, which was a great satisfaction.

Very clean, quiet, and spacious. Felt secure for a single female traveler. Easy walk to restaurants. Away from disco beat noise of the malycon. Fan in room provided perfect white noise while sleeping. Friendly host allowed us to stash luggage prior to check-in. Centrally located, just a short walk to Cozumel ferry. Modern apartment with all necessary facilities. Loved the rooftop with pool and hammocks. Plenty of street food stands nearby.
